Standard Tariffs

Standard rate / hour (weekdays 9am - 6pm) £40

Contract daily rate /day (7 hours between 8am - 6pm) £275

Typical 2 Day IT Systems Evaluation (9am - 5pm) £400*

Offsite rate / hour (workshop repairs, upgrades etc) £25

Travelling cost recharge / per mile (outside Torbay) 40p (1st 10 miles free)

Other contracted rates available by negotiation.

Prices quoted are subject to VAT at 17.5%
*Typical cost for 25 users - price will vary depending on business size and actual time required.

Highlighted Terms of Trade

Consultancy fees are due for payment on invoice except where account facilities are provided or otherwise specified.

All goods must be paid for on delivery (deposit may be required for orders over £250).

Mileage will be charged for visits to customer's premises if these are outside Torbay.

Travelling time is charge one-way only unless by prior agreement

Standard manufacturers warranties apply only unless any specific terms are otherwise agreed in writing or extended warranties are purchased.
